to be fair I think Jeb got punked in that picture...kind of funny. I bet they approached him with “We’re huge supporters...can we take a picture with you”. They all have some sort of jacket on so probably covering their shirts...until the picture was ready to be snapped...and then they undid their coats and the dude in front took his off.
