No way she could win in general election. She did not win against Boxer in 2010 (a strong year for ousting dems).

Boxer had an ad on that brought Fiorina down—talked about 30,000 jobs being cut or sent to China, etc. and Carley buying yachts and getting pay raises. The dems will no doubt bring that ad out of mothballs—it is still on YouTube.
