As sad as it is to say, that excuse might actually get some traction in LA or NY, but Texas? I think it may very well backfire.
In urban Houston, it might work.
So who are we mad at? The lawyer who came up with this crap? The judge who will allow him to present it as evidence, however speculative and irrelevant? Or the jury that buys it?
