A Texas high school student was punished with in-school suspension last Monday after a teacher discovered he was wearing an American flag T-shirt, FOX 4 reported.
The student, a junior whose name is Jaegur, was wearing the shirt -- which featured an American flag design with an eagle in the foreground -- at Seagoville High School in Dallas when an administrator determined the shirt violated the school dress code.
Jaegur’s mom, Shelly Goode, fears the suspension will show up as a permanent mark on his record, ruining any chance her son can earn a scholarship through the ROTC program.
“He wants to go into the military,” Goode said, according to FOX 4. “He wants to help people, and any bad marks doesn't look good.”

Every kid should show up tomorrow wearing an U. S. Flag shirt.
There will be no school until the administration learns to respect our flag.
If they don’t get the message in 48 hours, there will be no school until the administration is changed.

If that hurts him getting into the near future military, perhaps he is well advised to steer clear of it anyway.

I know why, because liberals share a common bond with Muslims, they both despise America..Muslims were not the only ones celebrating during 9/11..plenty of Liberals were cheering too and saying we deserved it so that is their common bond. Its why liberals don’t give a hoot about what ISIS is doing to Christians in Syria, Iraq, and elsewhere. They condone what ISIS is doing to homosexuals, throwing them off buildings and cutting their heads off because Muslims are a protected class. They agree with them more than they disagree with them

Look at the photo. This was not an American Flag. It was a symbolic representation of the American Flag.

I can see if the entire shirt were the American flag, but just a design, no.
Yes - not that long ago it would have been considered disrespectful to represent the flag on an article of clothing. And the only shirts allowed in school would have had a collar, buttons and been tucked in.
Heck, when I was in High School you couldn’t wear any kind of T-shirt at all.
More likely just another cowardly little bureaucrat who likes to use her power to harass people.
It’s a matter of opinion whether an eagle and a few stripes is an armed forces insignia. The picture shown of his shirt didn’t look like an armed forces design to me.
Before I fly off the handle, I want to see the code that was violated. For all we know at the moment, the school has a no t-shirt policy or something. Presuming that’s not the case, I’ll join everyone else after finding out for sure.
Make that a gay Muslim clock that counts down the time till global warming broils us all, finally freeing the Earth from the Carbon-based Infestation.
