I don’t like the concept of a national permit. What we’ll get is the worst of a CDL and pilot’s license with a mandatory 72 hour psychiatric evaluation, renewed every year.

I don’t like the concept of a national permit.Neither did the founders. What part of "shall not be infringed" is so hard to understand?
