I thought he looked real good. Looked tanned...as much as a fair skinned redhead can tan.
Thanks for posting
Ethanol sucks. My Harley hates it , my boats hate it, my truck doesn’t like it and even my lawn equipment hates that junk......so I hate it.
I get it....if you’re in the corn state, you have to love that crap, but I HATE IT.
It was a bible she had given him. Had an inscription from her to him. But was also signed with her maiden name. A true family heirloom. Very special. He also brought his confirmation Picture. He mentioned his mother was from Scotland and very religious
When he got married Melena ‘s mother brought a candle that had been lit by parents at her baptism and by her at confirmation. They lit it together at wedding.
He’s softer then he lets on
Thank you!
Love that story. Thanks ;)
I take a dim view of it, too. He mentioned a “new process”. What is that. Ethanol in the current situation is not yuge. Something that can be modified once in office. When we get some trade balance with other countries, maybe it will be better for the farmers to export the corn than to make ethanol.
Just go to your local airport and get some 100LL AVGAS. Dump some in with your corn-squeezins pump-gas.
You Harley will love it, your truck will love it. You should be able to get straight gas at the marina.
Make sure you run your lawn gear out of gas before putting it away, or screw the gas-cap on over a piece of plastic bag to keep it from drawing water out of the air.
I thought he did really well. I’d like to see more of this type of Trump. The forum didn’t really lend itself to the showmanship that his big rallies do and there were good solid questions that he delivered good solid answers to. Not quite as slick and detailed as the seasoned politicos probably did, but that’s OK. He seemed serious and it was clear that his heart was in the right place.
Really, so did he finally admit the 1st amendment trumps gay marriage or did he tell Christians to marry gay people!
bump for later
First guns, now the Bible. I am beginning to like him more..

I’m counting on his solid Knox/Calvinist influence from his Scottish mom!!!!!
In one article it said that during those last two years of college at Wharton he came home every weekend so he could help his dad and go to church with his mother.
The first two years of college he attended a community college near home. He wanted to spend more times with family since he had spent from 13 -18 at boarding school
It certainly was. Plenty of admiration from Democrats in the comments, so McCain can be proud.
Thanks. All good ideas. My son recently told me about race gas that can be mixed with the corn gas and work well for my lawn equipment. I have never heard of the plastic bag trick....will do soon, as winter is just around the corner where I live.
Yeah, I think the racing fuel is a lot more expensive than AVGAS, but either one gets you what you’re looking for.
It seems the gasahol is fine in a sealed fuel system, like a car... but a lawnmower has a vent-hole in the cap. So when it’s just sitting there, it both draws water and the fuel evaporates.
BAM...big mess in the tank.
Here in Maine, it’s always humid. The ethanol mandate...dumb dumb dumb.
Check out Uncle John. Worked with electronics MIT. Won international acclaim for his work in Radar and other
