To: Laissez-faire capitalist

My approach to polls is simple.

The only polls worth paying attention to are those done by the candidates for themselves. If good, they will release them. If bad, they will hide them and release fake or modified results.

Anything done for public consumption will most likely have a predetermined result and the method (and questions) will be customized to get those results.

Polls are used not to inform but influence people.

For the most part, they should be ignored.
