I have not noticed the whistling. What makes me crazy is that each phrase is pronounced more like a word, which leaves about 3 words per sentence. I feel dizzy listening. Then he talks out of both sides of his mouth (content wise). The liberals and their media cohorts bow and coo like he is the greatest thing ever. When someone truly great like Reagan spoke the media would cut away and talk about how stupid they thought he was. Now we have Jeb cooing over the leftist, too.
He is also smug and sticks his nose way in the air too much. I know these politicians are told by consultants that that looks Presidential. WRONG oh mighty consultants. It just looks pompous.
