Is bush actually cross eyed?
I view him like a Rankin Bass character with the eyes rolling around and crossing - except they have some charm and character and of course, speak English.
Bush suffers from lazy eye/brain syndrome. Bush’s optic nerve is connected directly to his small quivering brain, which causes his eyes to slightly cross.
