What I do find puzzling is the lack of information as to what it actually is. So far and I stand to be corrected, the item shown does not show a clock. It does not look like one, it does not work like one. The MSM could not wait to give it the appendage of a "clock". This turns the whole incident into whatever the press desires it to be seen as.

It didn't look like any "clock" to me either. It could have been a detonation activator, for all I knew. I can hardly blame the English teacher for being alarmed when the thing beeped in her classroom. I still think this smells to high heaven. I think this kid was put up to bringing something harmless to school to then embarrass the school officials. The NEXT thing brought to school will be the real thing, but school officials having been embarrassed the first time, they'll leave the second item and whoever brought it alone, leading to catastrophic results. With the current political climate and virtually ALL the terrorism in the world being conducted by Muzzies, it is not unreasonable to be alarmed when a Muslim student brings something suspicious looking.

A libtard colleague (not the same one I usually refer to; a different libtard) started tut-tutting about how awful it was that they accused the boy just because he was a Muslim, etc. I pointed out that a kid who was NOT a Muslim was taken into custody for nibbling his Pop tart into the shape of a gun. I pointed out that the thing did NOT look like a "clock". Suddenly, I was treated to the typical libtard "defense": "I don't want to discuss it any more."
