Israel is not part of the agreement. If Iran cheats or doesn't cheat or even looks at Israel funny then they can strike if they want.
True, but part of the "agreement" is that 0bama is supposed to protect Iran, or make good on his threat a year or so ago to shoot down Israeli aircraft enroute to attacking Iran.
