What an asinine thing to say! Do you (and Ann) think Jews are the only ones who care about Israel? I admit that I, a gentile, have divided loyalties. I've never stepped foot in Israel, but I care deeply and profoundly about the nation of Israel and the Jewish people. It matters a great deal to me how resolutely the candidates align themselves with the plight of Israel in these extremely troubled times.
The next president is going to have to undo a lot of damage that the puppet of satan who sits in our White House has done during his administration. That you and Ann the Hideous think addressing Israel in this election discussion is pandering is frighteningly telling. Perhaps satan's puppet has been more effective than I could have imagined. Not a surprise though. A couple of thousand years ago, God told us these kinds of things would happen.
Maranatha.
As a conservative I’m a strong believer in freedom of speech and the right to criticize, debate or say anything about anyone or any group even if it offends. Freedom of speech is the right to be offended. Wasn’t Freedom of Speech (unlike Eurpe, etc) a fundamental tenant? Did our founding fathers tell the settlers not to call the Indians fxxxxxx native Americans. We appear to be quickly losing that right and it is a slippery slope to leftist-dom.
Is it true that the leftist elites would like to enact laws that would restrict what one says, and require that a muzzle be applied by a judicial body of political correctness to ensure that no one is offended.
In my view it should make no difference what was said or about whom or what group....if we truly accept freedom. Names and words do not hurt, but sticks and stones do. Conservatism to me will never include some hyper concern about hurt feelings or the need for a PC muzzle at the expense of our right to opinions. If that is the way she felt about it then it should be discussed and not muzzled.
Easy.I’m on your side here.
