What about the names of the heads of the two major terrorist organizations on the globe?
Ignorance of your enemy's leaders is not a sales point for a commander in chief.There is almost no need to know their names. If we are doing our job, they will change almost seasonally. Further, the CIC will never be in negotiations with them. He only needs to know their names to appear more knowledgeable than most on the topic... but a real leader will simply give general goals to the military leaders, and let them accomplish the goals.
