And how would anyone know that? Illegals just go to a local flea market and get new a ID when ever they get charged with a crime/serious traffic violation. It is almost impossible to know their history when they change their identification after every interaction with the law.
As reply 62 indicates, the government may not have a personal criminal record on her, true... but millions of Americans have the criminalian records of criminaliens in their basic knowledge. That will have to do for now, until we can get the government to actually deal with the issue on a macro and a micro level.
Think anyone will check the families tax returns? My bet is there some more felonies that could be charged.

It wouldn’t surprise me if one is the mother and the other is the daughter and they are both fraudulently registered to vote. Whoops! There goes that dreamer application!
