She worked at HP for all of 6 years and got a compensation package that made her a multi-millionaire.
It would have been OK had she actually provided value but HP stock tanked during her tenure, going from about $80 when she started and straight-line plunged down to $20 when she finally put everyone out of her misery.
She doesn’t have my respect at all. She is the Forrest Gump (or Chauncey Gardener) of business.

She screwed up Lucent also. I read that HP paid her $20 mil for the stocks she lost in moving from Lucent. Lucent stock tanked when the shady dealings she was involved in there were exposed a few months after she departed.
