1—No, the age of consent there is 15, but I believe sex is only legal if the partner is the same age range ie no older than 18.
2—The sentence will be because of her age. The two UK lads who horribly tortured and murdered James Bulger in 1993 hot just eight years, had they been 18+, theyd have got 20-40 yrs depending on judge and law guidelines. As a Danish adult, I believe 15-20 yrs would be the norm.
