Both FOX and CNN have reported it appeared to be because he suspected his live-in girlfriend and Professor Schmidt were having an affair. Whether they were or not is anyone’s guess since he killed both of them.
Leftists are unable to handle personal issues. They invariably resort to murder. A Conservative would be unlikely to get involved in such a sordid mess.

Well, in a perverse way this is about as good as it could get. So at least now it’s not “campus violence,” or some Black and/or Mooselim filling out his “Jihadi’s To Do List.”
It’s sort of a “politically correct crime” since it won’t get anyone offended and no protected class can cash in on it.
