If Sanders believes the Constitution is racist how can he possibly swear to uphold it either in Congress or as President? What a weasel! By his own standard, low as they are, he is a joke.
The Constitution has been effectively ignored by the entity it created, the feds, for the last 100 years or so. Each succeeding Supreme Court, Congress, and President has gradually and increasingly ignored it. Obama has effectively renounced it. Sanders wold be consistent with this continuum.
Reinstating the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land against the feds is the political key to a rebirth of freedom in America.
The American People need to be re-introduced to the Constitution, understand it belongs to THE PEOPLE NOT THE FEDS (it is aimed against the feds), learn the heritage of freedom it protects and its limitations on the feds, and stand against and nullify unconstitutional federal acts in their individual states.
