I apologize that this story refers to an earlier version of the ACA health care bill.
The new version has omitted the biometric implant language mentioned in earlier bills.
There still is a Medical Device Registry that does contain language regarding tracking / surveilling patient health outcome data. But there is no longer any reference to an implant or microchip.
