You use the term "parents", as in plural. I am willing to bet that the singular form is correct, not plural.
In this case I think it’s preferable to have caught him.
A public trial that delves deeply into his motivations should be enlightening.
The animal is from the St. Louis area and was arrested there on 8/11/14 near the start of the riots in Ferguson. Was he one of the “mostly peaceful protestors”?
