Hillary already tried that, saying she and Bill were ‘dead broke’ after they left the White House. Neither effort is believable.
I’ll bet George W. is just rolling his eyes, keeping his mouth shut, seeing the downward trend, but letting this whole mess play it’self out. Jeb has his ‘experts’, he does not need to ask W. for advice. His ‘experts’ have been paid! So they must know what their talking about.
