Dr. Carson, you are a fine surgeon, but you are not a hard-nosed leader like we need. I am in my 60s and hauled several hundred square bales back in July. You have no idea how hard Americans work in rural environments.

It’s not just agriculture: In the company I once worked for, some of the jobs out on the production line were darn hard / tiring, and the company did not pay very well. I occasionally filled positions on the line, especially when new products were run and problems developed. All product designers should get some good “hands on experience” of this type, IMO, but it was a good way to go home exhausted.

Some “line” workers couldn’t handle it, but many did, and were very good employees. Several, I still count as friends. :-)
