Than it should be penalized for the related tax exemptions/benefits it may have received.
Why? They have done nothing wrong, immoral, unethical, or illegal. Neither did the baker. The are both correct in their actions and should not be harassed from the right of the left. They have the same tax code as any U.S. business so why do you think taking an exemption or deduction makes them subject to special government prosecution?
If they don’t mention CHRISTMAS or Christ I avoid them. We are not celebrating a Holiday, we are celebrating our LORD’s Birth Day. I don’t shop those places either.
In fact I just do gift cards from Krogers, helps with gas points and I don’t have to try and shop for 7 grands and 5 Great Grands when I can barely walk to my mailbox. As I’m semi mobile I don’t qualify for an electric chair.
