The whole article is a lie. He has a proposal and it has lower tax rates than current rates. They are talking about something he proposed years ago that isn’t in his tax plan and he doesn’t support anymore.
Ah he changed his mind and all that stuff he says almost two weeks ago is ancient history because he changed his mind.
