I see your point. I remember when Free Republic was actively engaged in DC protesting. I remember myself leading a caravan from Concord, Massachusetts to DC for the 1998 "March for Justice" - picking up Freepers along the way. I think we had like 12 carloads by the time we got to DC.
With regard to this weeks event, there is definitely an "outside looking in" atmosphere here at Free Republic. Hopefully that will turn around as we get deeper into the election season. Especially since it appears that Ted Cruz and Sarah Palin are getting on the Trump bandwagon. This time I feel like we have a real chance to make a difference in Washington.

Just on Sarah Palin...was flipping the dial this morning as I do, stopped at CNN and Carol Costello (tramp) had on 2 “republican strategists” one was Noelle Nikpour ,, they were on to discuss Carly F... Noelle went out of her way to bring in Our Sarah and completely trashed her.
As many people as are able to get to DC need to go to support this effort to stop the treason that is the Iran sellout. Members of Congress who support the Iran treason would be wise to order their packing boxes. A list of those in support of this deal with our enemies must be made public in TV ads, in YouTube ads, and everywhere else that their treason can be made public. Those in support of the Iran deal are traitors and need to be forever branded as such, IMO.
Seeing the March for Justice on C-span (thanks to Drudge) I got enough information to click into Free Republic and never turned back. I was a lonely lady busy throwing shoes at the TV and praying for some way to stop the runaway train. I managed to go to D.C. for the Rally & Dinner for the thirteen House Managers. I would go again if I had a personal driver. I’m too old for a stranger to manage. But thank God FR is still here and I don’t feel alone.
