A legal claim by a woman who gave birth to a mixed race baby after accidentally being impregnated with a black man’s sperm has been dismissed by a judge in Illinois.
Jennifer Cramblett sought damages from the Midwest Sperm Bank of Downers Grove, Illinois for wrongful birth and breach of warranty, the Chicago Tribune reported.
Ms Cramblett and her same sex partner bought sperm from the sperm bank.
But because of a clerical error, she was sent sperm provided by a black donor.

Couldn’t the sperm bank get away with it easy by claiming that it must’ve been a recessive gene?
More importantly, I’ve always wondered what they do at the sperm bank when a guy with no arms shows up.

OK this is probably the stupidest question ever and I ask it out of a genuine sense of curiosity rather than offensiveness, but how come most lesbians look like, you know, lesbians?
I know plenty of gay guys and with the exception of a tiny minority who like to camp things up a bit for the most part gay guys, when viewed individually, look like most guys do, you couldn’t necessarily look at a gay guy and say “he’s gay” but so many lesbians not only dress and wear their hair the same but actually physically look alike.
They actually all look like they are physically related to each other. Anyone know why that is?

In fairness the judge said that, in dismissing the case the plaintiff brought the judge invited her to come back with a negligence case which would appear to indicate that she will hit the money spot.
There are no guarantees in making babies regardless of the method, but breeding is not a random walk. Pigmentation is not the only thing that is inheritable.

I wonder if they gave her a 40% discount - that would leave the price at 60% of agreed value, or 3/5 of the price of a white child.

I believe a lot of lesbians have the same look because they try to play the role of the man. They try to play that part sexually too. They’re not man and never could be but that doesn’t stop them from trying.
They all have the butch haircut. That’s not womanly but it’s part of their attempt to look like a man. They try to dress like a man too. I assume they’re not wearing the make up either.
Which of course begs the question, what’s the point of being a lesbian if you date somebody who is more manly than most men?

I wouldn’t doubt that. I used to think that was what happened to a lot of the homo men. They couldn’t date/find enough willing women so they took the easy homo route where it was always easier to find quick and easy sex.
My theory has faded because there are a lot of homo men that could have easily dated a lot of women.
I cannot figure out what’s going on in these minds.
