Why don't we just cut to the chase and get rid of all legislative bodies, since in today's America, courts ultimately decide how we're going to function as a society anyway.
Elections and elected officials are an unnecessary nuisance, and (temporary) obstacle to those black-robed geniuses who know what's really best for us.
