Neville Chamberlain returns from Germany with the Munich Agreement.
(Excerpt) Read more at youtube.com ...
Meanwhile, Hitler tells his generals, “Our enemies are worms, I saw them in Munich.”
One of those chickensh*t “deal” things that the chickensh*t libs like to make with the enemy.
“Chamberlain had a choice between war and shame. He chose shame, and now we have war.”
Winston Churchill
And those people who didn’t agree with Chamberlain were “war mongers”... You don’t make peace by empowering your enemies...
I thought he said “... now we have both”.
A better version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmwmuPTa0To
The exact quote IIRC was “You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war.”
I guess this is a john kerry reference? Obama is a whole new brand of tyrant.
That was fast!
Thank you for the clarification.
Yes, you are right. I was told a slightly difference version.
My tagline, actually.
Chamberlain, one of the biggest appeasers the world has every known.
Chamberlain and Kerry.. sad
This was the culmination of 7 or 8 years of looking the other way with respect to Hitler.
We have learned nothing from history apparently.
Did The Despot-in-Chief pay attention at those fancy schmantzy schools he supposedly attended?
I’m reading a bio of Churchill. He was proved right on all his predictions about what Hitler would do. The tragic thing is if Churchill’s warnings had been obeyed, war might have been prevented.
A defining moment in history which was actually broadcast on television. There were around 10-thousand, 20-thousand by 1939 sets in the south of England and the BBC broadcast televison four hours a day from Alexandra Palace in London.
A special broadcast was originated from a mobile unit at the airport with three cameras and Richard Dimbleby (father of current BBC broadcaster David Dimbleby) reporting.
On September 1, 1939 the television service shut down till after the war.
Thank you for this most informative post and video!
Chamberlain was an appeasing fool but he wasn’t a Nazi as far as I know, and he didn’t despise his country.
So, he really has nothing in common with Obama, Kerry, and their agreement to shelter Iran’s nuke program and pay for it.
