Gov. Jerry Brown of California, when a State Attorney General, refused to enforce Prop. 8 that banned same-sex marriage in California. It was the will of the people and the law. Jerry Brown should have been jailed. He allowed Prop. 8 to be overturned, despite being decided by the majority of people.
Of course. The “law” carries no weight with leftists wanting to further their agenda. The “law” only exists as a weapon to be utilized against conservatives. It’s become a farce.
Any supposed conservative that demands we remain afixed to this blatantly weighted dice-game is destined to lose. And by lose, I mean ‘everything.’
