There are different standards of behavior for those outside of Christ and those within the body. Those OUTSIDE of Christ have a bigger issue than being a serial adulterer. For those who are INSIDE the Body...it's pretty clear: Those who refuse to acknowledge their grievous sins should be put outside of the church until they repent.

See how Jesus treated the woman taken in adultery when the pharisees wanted judgement?
