The judge in this case could have tossed the case out of court and simply said he has no authority to rule in a matter involving Kentucky law and administrative oversight of a public official who works under the state laws of Kentucky.
I have said all along that she should resign, but she certainly doesn't belong in jail without any criminal charges and a trial by jury.
I think you're going to see a lot of backpedaling by the plaintiffs and the groups supporting them in this case, because the whole scenario where you have this harmless woman in jail exposes this nation's entire governing process as a complete fraud.

Should all Christians be forced to resign their jobs, or it just the government you want purged?

I don't think she should resign. She was elected. She took an Oath. That Oath involved upholding the law of the State of Kentucky, which is what she is doing.
If she were to resign, she would be saying that the new USCC judge-made "law" is right and that she regretfully cannot uphold it. And that's wrong. She is upholding her election. She is upholding her Oath. She is upholding the law.
