June 2015: Supreme Court rules in favor of same-sex marriage nationwide

The Supreme Court ruled on it earlier in Wisconsin too.

October 2014: Gay marriages to resume in Wisconsin as Supreme Court rejects appeals

I realize you have another candidate you are stumping for.

Cruz, is it?

The Supreme Court cannot legislate. They can declare all they want, but it does not make it a LAW!

Yes it is Cruz. But that is not the point. Tell me. Does the SC make law in this country or not? If you think so tell me where in the Constitution it allows this.

This country wasn’t set up that way. The judicial branch does not make law. It interprets the laws that the Legislative branch passes.

I know this shouldn’t ALL of our candidates?
