Folks just has to get creative. There are ways to make these folks lives miserable without even touching them. They'd be happy to go bang their drums and take their signs alleging racism elsewhere. Maybe across the street in front of another persons front door. Even some quick simple construction in front of the Tower could fix them up quite nicely.
Btw, those folks are getting paid to do what they do.☺
