Since the margin of error was 5 points, they called it a tie. It was a tie: That's the meaning of the margin of error. Claiming that 46% is greater than 41% in a poll with an MOE of 5% is simply untrue. They are the same number for all purposes.
Math education in this country is the first thing President Carson is going to have to address.

As nice a person as Dr. Carson is, he will never be POTUS and he will not win the Iowa caucuses either.
