That's food stamps, welfare, disability, SSI, whatever the lowlife ‘qualifies’ for. Most state benefits are curtailed or eliminated with a felony or certain misdemeanor conviction.

Forever? My idea is to make small cuts but make them permanent... It's a stronger incentive... sometimes less is more.
