Cruz is danged good, if you haven’t checked him out.
To be nominated at the convention Cruz has to win 8 states, regardless of skills. That’s 16% of the states. Cruz is polling between 4% and 8% of the vote. I don’t Cruz meeting the qualification to get nominated.
With regard to skills, Cruz is the best on Social issues. Probably the strongest Christian which is no small qualification. But Cruz doesn’t understand the economy despite being policy director to the trade commission, or he wouldn’t have supported giving Obama fast track authority. And Cruz doesn’t have sufficient big organization experience. Not like Trump has with his large corporation or like the governors have. He needs that experience to be effective.
