Trump can sign off on whatever he wishes. However, in the face of open betrayal by the GOP against him, and considering their open abdication of duty, and their support for Bush and Hillary, Trump is damn free to change his mind, if necessary, and make the people cheer him in so doing.

After all, there is not a shred of enforcement to Rinse’s sheet of paper and we all know it.

Trump supporters know exactly what the GOP are trying to do to his candidacy and to us.

Even if he disregarded the RNC's piece of paper, he has still damaged himself. If he went against his word, Trump would not be able to talk about anything substantive for the rest of the election, just defend his actions. Over and over and over and over again. Trump should have gone 3rd party. The RNC wanted this very, very badly. VERY BADLY. Its they're only useful weapon against Trump.

Hope I'm wrong.
