Specifically, there is a need for new laws protecting religious liberty rights already enacted in North Carolina, Michigan and Texas in all states. This statement is false. What is needed is for the government to follow the laws as written, not to invent new laws they will also ignore.

I agree with you. The appeal to religious freedom in this instance is a good incidental point, but the main crux is THE LAW. There has been NO LAW passed to mandate what these fascists are demanding. NONE AT ALL!
