Seriously? Both of the perps lived, and their stories evidently were either unconvincing or contradictory. That particular Safeway store where this incident started is where I do 80% of my grocery shopping. And by all accounts those two perps were on the prod that night. They can be thankful the officer didn't shoot to kill.
