The suspect seen in the video was eventually charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon.What?!?! There's protection afforded by the Second Amendment and thus carrying a weapon ought not ever be "unlawful" no matter the time or place.
An armed society is a polite society. More guns = lower crime!

I’m curious as to why it was “unlawful” also.
Mistake one for the guy was driving without headlights.
Mistake two was not announcing that he had one at the beginning.
