Lincoln actually said that he’d work to get Dred Scott overturned, not unlawfully ignore it:

He ignored it the same way O’Zero ignored the DOMA from the minute he became president. The lawless SOB told Holder not to enforce a law of the land passed by Congress. That started the country on the road to queer “marriage”. Ask Larry Sinclair why Zero has an obsession with fags? He’ll tell you in a heartbeat.
