There is no science on global warming. It is made up of whole cloth.

I’m not talking about genuine analysis of tree rings and ice cores. I’m talking about the junk science embraced and spewed by the UN’s IPCC to advance UN Agenda 21. Must be nice for the UN to have it’s own little staff of global warming alarmists to support it’s own plan to pack people in cities, depopulate the earth, and re-wild rural land.

About 3-4 months ago, The Seattle Times ran an article claiming that scientists had come up with the FIRST EMPIRICAL RESEARCH supporting the idea that CO2 is driving global warming. I was shocked at this admission, since we have been told for years that "the science is settled" on that point.

But - to my admittedly untrained mind - even that evidence seemed very shaky, which the article seemed to acknowledge with a "that [effect] might not SEEM like much BUT . . . " comment. The presumed effect on CO2 per square yard of earth's surface every TEN YEARS was described as equivalent to the energy expended when raising your arm or snapping your fingers.

They just claimed that July 2015 was the hottest month since records have been kept. They also claim that July 2015 was “1.46 degrees” hotter on average than the average temperature for the ENTIRE TWENTIETH CENTURY!. No one with even a minimal understanding of reality would believe for one second that there is any possible way to arrive at that figure plus or minus two degrees, let alone to an accuracy of 1/100th of one degree. It is like eyeballing a man and saying he is five feet and 9.6572438913 inches tall without even using a yardstick. If someone believes that it is possible to measure the average temperature of the entire globe for the thirty one days of July 2015 to that accuracy I disagree but I would not make an issue of it, I can understand why someone would believe that might be possible but anyone who thinks that there are records that accurate for the entire twentieth century should be finding a good spot in the pumpkin patch to sit and wait for the Great Pumpkin. Anyone who takes that seriously is incredibly naive.
