Democrats created the ghetto with their social programs. They prefer to keep minorities subservient in exchange for votes. Too bad Blacks don’t realize this. It was the Democrats who voted AGAINST civil rights and Republicans who promoted civil rights.
The chief can do a lot to improve the ghetto, and on a small budget: arm the good people.
First of all, identify those households that have no convicted felons, and are otherwise legally able, and want to have a firearm. Issue them each a .22 pistol and a box of ammunition. Each pistol should be engraved as the property of the police department, to be returned if found, and ballistic fingerprinted.
A total cost of about $250 per household. So just $10,000 can arm 40 households. Not 40 in a row, but interspersed through the neighborhood. Effectively creating 40 civilian households able to enforce the law to the degree that civilians can.
If any of those guns is used in a crime, the police know exactly who to visit, and gives them good leads in who may have used it in the crime.
But overall, it should have a wet blanket effect on area crime.

Angry blacks are money in the bank - voters on the roles... How soon until the next white Manchurian Candidate comes forward - someone who's been under the control of extreme leftists? Someone who will kill himself after he validates the 'vast right wing conspiracy' for the FBI? I think they'll be releasing them every two months..
Talk about low information voters, look at Galveston Island, TX. It is 27 miles long and 3 miles wide. There are people who have never once set foot off the island their whole lives. Galveston tried to voucher some out of the ghetto couple years ago.

Well, he’s half right. The ghetto desperately needs to be fixed, and that begins with an end to people like 0bama stirring up trouble.
The police also need to be fixed, as that recent fiasco in Atlanta illustrates.
Just think. If conservatives get off their fat butts and get involved in local politics, they, too, can elect a pro-2nd amendment, Constitutional sheriff like Sheriff Clarke in their counties.
With a Constitutional sheriff you can:
1. Investigate liberals in local government and throw them in prison.
2. Arrest obuma racist goons who cause trouble in your community.
3. Have the legal and armed muscle to challenge federal gestapo goons who cross into the county.
4. Establish a 2,000 man armed auxiliary deputy battalion for “emergencies.” (Incidentally, there’s a bunch of retired combat-experienced colonels and generals you can hire to arm and train a local sheriff’s auxiliary.)
