So, his name is on buildings all over the place, even many that he had no involvement in developing (he licenses his name). But there are many bigger and more powerful real estate developers out there.
The USA can produce anything here in the USA as we have all the resources. etc. There is no dire need to even trade with all of these countries like China that are destroying the USA.
