The difference between the two parties has narrowed so much that sticking it the GOP-e almost seems worth it.

there’s little or no difference between a moderate Republican and a liberal Democrat. They’re delusional, of course, blinded by their hard-right ideology,

FO Bernie, maybe you should pack your stuff and move to Venezuela, your type of reasoning and thought is exactly what is wrong with this country. But in Venezuela, you would be welcomed with open arms.

I thought the GOPe poltroons said Trump wasn’t conservatively “pure” enough.

I wish all these screamers could make up their minds.

It seems the people have.

A position that I’ve held for years is that the biggest enemies of social conservatives are liberal Republicans. Their threats of loosing elections if we don’t vote for them no longer holds the same level of fear. They have jumped the shark long ago.

Correction:

RINOS clinging to power could cost Republicans the White House.

While 26 percent of Republicans say they would never vote for Trump, only 11 percent of Democrats say they would never vote for Clinton. Democrats don’t have the same kind of ideologically pure wing that has hurt GOP presidential candidates in the past. Democrats, it seems, are more practical.

That's because 90% of Democrats can trust Clinton to be a liberal, but only 75% of Republicans can trust Trump to be a conservative.

What exactly do conservatives win by electing establishment republicans? So far we’ve “won” the furthering of Obama’s agenda with Boehner and McConnell.

I recently received an e-mail from someone named Carl who described himself as a conservative Christian, and he wrote, “I have voted Republican since Eisenhower beat Stevenson, and if Jeb, Christie, Kasich, or Graham are nominated, I WILL STAY HOME!”

But, wait!, isn't that exactly what the anti-Trump Republicans are saying?

Isn't that what your article is implying, Bernie?

When Bernie’s “moderates” have lost the last two elections, he must think conservatives are unprincipled enough to vote for a moderate this time. He is wrong.

It’s funny how the GOPe plays this same game every four years, while never adopting the role of giving its base what it wants - a conservative candidate.

Nope - it’s always “we’ll compromise by you changing your position”.

Hmmm - Isn’t that the democrat way?
