This situation brings together the issues of religious liberty, federalism, states rights, the judiciary legislating from the bench, the First Amendment, and the Tenth Amendment. I should have mentioned the Fourteenth Amendment also, since the "justices" on the Supreme Court like to use it to invent "rights" out of thin air.
