That's if it ruptures... it's a major stroke, as the brain gets flooded with blood. Biden had preventive surgery to get at the weak spots in the arteries and repair them before they ruptured. But, to get at them, the surgeons have to open the skull and fish around a bit on the surface of the brain, or deeper, depending on where the aneurysm is located.
