September has finally arrived, and for Mr. Bush, it isnt a moment too soon.
Mr. Bush, the former Florida governor, has not had a seasonal respite from his breakneck fund-raising of earlier this year. Nor has he had a stretch of good headlines. Instead, hes had Donald J. Trump, a middling outing in the first Republican debate, and a string of supporters wringing their hands about when things will improve.
The super PAC supporting Mr. Bush is set to go on air with television ads this month in the hopes of turning around his numbers. Mike Murphy, his longtime adviser who leads the group, has publicly sounded unconcerned about Mr. Trumps ascension and insists there is no need to act any sooner.
At the same time, the campaign has had to trim its sails in terms of spending, budget cuts that aides described as prudent rather than desperate. Three junior fund-raising consultants parted ways with Team Bush in recent days; while they were described in some reports as key, their roles with the super PAC have ended as well.

It’s still early, but I don’t see that happening.
I just watched a segment on Fox & Friends. They showed Trump’s internet and then had some guy named Art who used to work for GWB on saying Jeb has negative ads ready to go using Trump’s past positions in them. They were also building up Ben Carson - all of them. Makes me suspicious if this isn’t their strategy. Hope Carson overtakes Trump so that Bush can overtake Carson? Or is Carson a Trojan Horse? I don’t like to think that, but neither do I trust the GOPE
And how galling for the Chamber of Amnesty and the other Cheap Labor donors to see Dr. Carson, God love him, doing so well in Iowa with NO money to speak of. It warms the hearts of the just.
Jeb’s campaign doesn’t have enough money to advertise. They’re barely making rent, travel and payroll right now.
The only group that can afford advertising is Right To Rise and they’re bleeding money too. Right To Rise have spent $20 million of the $105 million they’ve raised already without spending any meaningful amount of money on advertising yet. And their fundraising has collapsed in line with Jeb’s poll numbers.
Don’t panic, we have the Cessna fueled and ready.
Don’t panic, we have the Cessna fueled and ready.
JeBush blows millions on ads that most people aren’t watching. Trump use 180 characters and makes nation-wide news.
What are they waiting for? Maybe to see if they can sneak Kasich in there late enough so voters won't get educated about what bad news he is?

I, ____________, hereby swear and affirm that if John Ellis Bush is the nominee of the Republican Party for President of the United States, that I will cast my vote for whatever third-party alternative is available to me at that time.
If no viable third-party alternative exists, I will stay at home on election day, spending it on my couch and binge-watch a marathon of Storage Wars. I will not come within 500 feet of a polling station.
