I was just referring to what Mark Levin was pointing out the other night from (IIRC) a David Horowitz article. As little as 20 miles of fencing in the San Diego area reduced illegal traffic to that sector over 90%, for example. Horowitz argues that about 700 miles of double-layer fencing with “security zones” would bring the flow of illegals to a near standstill.
Sure, a Great Wall covering ever inch of the border would be best. But cutting off access to major routes across several hundred miles of easy terrain with double layer security fencing isn’t a bad thing.
Yes it is a bad thing. A very bad thing.
It’s pissing on Americans.
We deserve a WALL, not some flimsy excuse.
People who argue that some sort of ‘fence’ is good enough are totally out of touch with Americans who have to deal with illegals.
