Natural rights, like those of the First Amendment, don't require the assistance of others.

Societal rights require the assistance of others, like trial by jury.

With the help of lower courts, Scotus thinks it created both a natural AND a societal right.

This is tyranny, and tyrants deserve no obedience.

What the tyrants truly deserve will never happen, since there no longer exists in this country any man with the balls to carry out the deed.
